Village Centre Bridge Plaza – Win Dad the Ultimate Getaway

 PROMOTER

  1. The “Promoter” is Village Centre Bridge Plaza, owned by Vision Super and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Village Centre Bridge Plaza address is: 1 Perry Street, Batemans Bay, NSW 2536.
  1. Promotional Period: The Village Centre Bridge Plaza – ‘Win Dad the Ultimate Getaway’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am, Friday 7 August 2026 and conclude at 11.59pm, Monday 7 September 2026.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Make a spend of $20 or more at any specialty retailer or $50 or more at Aldi, Coles, Kmart or Woolworths within the promotional period and take a photo of the receipt.
  2. Scan the QR code on the in-centre collateral or visit https://villagecentreandbridgeplaza.com.au/whats-on/ fill in all requested details and upload the photo of the receipt.Multiple entries are allowed, one entry per valid receipt.

 PRIZE AND DRAW

  1. Prize: One-night stay for two adults at Oaks Ranch in Mossy Point, NSW. Includes full breakfast for two adults, $250 food and beverage credit to be used during the stay, VIP welcome amenity from the General Manager, complimentary golf and cart hire. Total prize pool value up to $1000 inc. GST.
  2. Any additional nights or upgrades, travel expenses and spending money will be at the winner’s expense. This getaway prize is valid from September 2026 to September 2027 for a one-night stay. This prize isnot available through other 3rd party booking channels, over ACT/NSW Public Holiday weekends, over ACT/NSW School Holidays periods, over Christmas/Easter Holidays, or over Special Event periods.
  3. The winner will be drawn at random by Centre Management or an appointed third party at 11am on Friday 11 September 2026.
  4. The winner will be contacted by phone/email on the same day.
  5. If despite every reasonable effort the winner cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2 weeks after the first draw takes place.
  6. The Prizes must be organised directly with the hotel by calling 4471 7403– booking confirmations are subject to accommodation availability at the time of your enquiry.
  7. The prize is set, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by Village Centre Bridge Plaza and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
  2. Entry is open to NSW residents only.
  3. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Village Centre Bridge Plaza and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
  4. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
  6. The Winner will be published on the Village Centre Bridge Plaza Facebook and Instagram page.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required
  8. If all or any part of the term and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
