From late July 2026, we’ll be undertaking a comprehensive tile upgrade throughout the main shopping mall and stairway areas.

What’s Happening?

We’re removing existing tiles and installing beautiful new flooring throughout the centre. This upgrade will enhance both the look and functionality of your local shopping destination.

Q: Will I be able to access my favourite stores?
A: Yes. Access to all shopfronts will be maintained with only minor restrictions during trading hours. We’re working in stages to ensure you can always reach the stores you need.

Q: How do I get around the work areas?
A: The centre is divided in half for each stage of work. While one section of the mall is being worked on, the other on the opposite side remains fully accessible. Clear signage will guide you through the centre safely.

Q: Are the car parks still accessible?
A: Yes, all car parking areas remain open and accessible as usual.

Q: Will disabled access be maintained?
A: Yes, we’re committed to maintaining accessible pathways throughout the centre at all times. All accessibility features remain operational.

Work Schedule & Timing

Q: What hours are the works being carried out?
A: Works are predominantly undertaken outside of core trading hours to minimise disruption during trading hours. Works in front of major retailers may have a later start time to maintain access.

Q: Will there be noise during shopping hours?
A: We’ve scheduled the works primarily after hours to minimise noise and disruption while you shop. Any necessary daytime activities will be kept to a minimum.

Q: Why are the works being done at night?
A: Night works allow us to complete the upgrade while ensuring minimal impact on your shopping experience and retailer trading.

Q: How long will each section take?
A: Each section typically takes approximately one week to complete. We’re working in 14 carefully planned stages across the centre.

Q: How are work areas being secured?
A: All work zones are clearly barricaded with safety barriers and bollards. Signage is updated regularly to guide you safely through the centre.

Q: Is it safe to shop while works are underway?
A: Yes, absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All work areas are secured and separate from shopping areas, with clear signage to guide customers safely through the centre.

A: Your shopping routine can continue as normal. While you may notice work zones and some directional signage, all stores remain accessible and the centre is fully operational.

A: Yes, pathways are maintained to accommodate trolleys, prams, wheelchairs, and mobility aids throughout all stages of the works.
